new program together to prevent computer repairs.
New studies have shown, computers are very similar to cars. Your
computer system needs to be serviced at least every three months to keep
the cost of repairs to a minimum.
By performing a service on your computer, you will keep your computer
running faster and more stable.
Join our new program and save money. In general, most businesses contact
IT support for their computer repairs and a technician will come out on
site. The business will then get charged for the time and fuel used for
travelling, and the time he spends on site to perform the repairs.
90% of each repair could have been fixed remotely. When you join our
program you will get your first full service for free and we will set up
your computer enabling access via remote connection. Then in future,
when you have any computer software problems, our computer technician
can access your system remotely to perform repairs thus resulting in a
reduced price.
If you have owned your system for more than 3 months, then your computer
is already due for a service and you should schedule this.
All Year Computer Care program consists of 2 free full services and 2
free minor services each year and enable you to work from home on your
office workstations.
ONYXTEL current clients are entitled to pay
quarterly.
Full service includes cleaning your computer systems physically from
dust. Dust reduces the air ventilation in your CPU heat sink, so your
computer CPU runs on a cooler temperature enabling it to run faster with
less crashes.
Also each full service includes a minor service where our technicians
will tune up your computer for a faster performance and remove all
unwanted junk.
Minor Service includes removal/cleaning up of Internet junk, Trojans,
Viruses, History, Recently typed URLs, Last Download Locations, Recent
Documents, Search Assistance, Clip boards, Memory Dumps, Check Disk
Files, Windows Log files, Old Pre-fetch Data Registry as well as windows
temporary files.
The Registry clean up is to make sure there is no problem with the
system and that the system is running to the best of its capability.
