This guarantee applies to registered clients and exclusively to service
scheduled with ONYXTEL through our service
hotline 03 9013 4369 for Windows-based systems and only available in select
areas. Same day service must be requested over the phone no later than 10am
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. ONYXTEL
may assign specific appointment times at its discretion, either for its own
purposes or as a courtesy to customers, but the company only guarantees that
a technician will arrive by end of business day. This guarantee only applies
to the initial visit by an ONYXTEL technician
and does not ensure that all necessary work can be completed on the same
day.
REMOTE AND TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Statistics have shown that a staggering 90% of all support calls can be
resolved remotely or via the telephone. It is much more convenient, and less
time consuming, to resolve any problems and more importantly saving you
money!
Our engineers will reply to 75% of remote and telephone support instantly.
The speed of response and the success rate of resolving issues means that
staff productivity is unaffected.
When you speak to our engineers they understand you and your technology,
they don't speak techno jargon, or read from a database of questions. Our
engineers are patient and friendly and are keen to get your system up and
running again successfully.
First Level and Second Level Supports (remote and phone support) costs
peanuts! There is no call out fee and only a minimum hourly charge.
ONSITE SUPPORT
When all else fails, we will endeavour to come to you as soon as we can.
While we are onsite, we also aim to improve our services by understanding
your business, your employees and how a computer system would be best
utilized for your organisation.
There is no need to unplug your computer anymore and take it to the service
centre. Our technicians will come to you!

Melbourne / Adelaide CBD business hours are 9am - 5pm.
